I would highly recommend getting nutritional support from Nicole. I initially went to her for bloating and gut issues, which she promptly sorted and I felt amazing afterwards. She then supported me through my fertility journey as well as through pre-natal and post-natal nutrition. She takes your lifestyle into consideration every step of the way and provides prompt support in between appointments. Her nutritional plans dont make you feel like you are missing out on anything. Aside from that Nicole is very caring and supportive. Thank you Nicole for your ongoing support and the massive improvement in my health.

"I've been seeing Nicole for some time. My first child has had digestive and allergy problems, - Nicole has helped me navigate my way through this tricky time. At one time he was very tired after a nursery day and consistently fell asleep on the way home. With Nicoles help we've been able to boost his energy levels and work out a way to get all the nutrients he needs and support his tummy at the same time. Whilst I was pregnant with my second baby her advise meant I felt really well through the pregnancy and was producing much more milk for her than my first child. Nicole has been so incredible in helping my whole family with our various digestive and health concerns. Nicole is so passionate and caring, she really takes the time to understand your lifestyle as well your health history before providing you with a very detailed, easy to follow plan. Nicole has given me the confidence to manage my hypothyroidism and help me support my daughter with her constipation. My daughter is a great eater now and I really credit Nicole for this as she gave me the knowledge and confidence to prepare the most balanced and nutritious meals for her.
