The service we received from Oakley was fantastic. Dave showed us the property and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the features and amenities, as well as the local area. He was also very patient and answered all of our questions, making sure we had a clear understanding of everything. Julie met us on the day we moved in and she was equally as helpful. She explained everything we needed to know about the property. She was very approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Dave and Julie. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for letting agents who truly care about their clients.

Julie has been exceptional and easy to communicate with during the pre-move stages, and as we settle in. We mentioned an issue with a lock and had a locksmith in within 24 hours! Never experienced such a timely and professional response. I knew Oakley had a generally good reputation around the Lewes area, but they have exceeded my expectations and I'm very satisfied so far. It's also important to note that Julie was really honest about the property and it's characteristics - listed building - and this was really refreshing.

We were so pleased we chose Oakley, in particular Carolyn at the Lewes office, to sell our parents house. She was highly professional and communicated very well with us through what was quite an emotional process. Would highly recommend .
