I have just finished creating a website with Katie Vandyck, for my services as a fiction editor and manuscript reader. This is something I've known I should do for ages, and so when the pandemic enforced staying at home, I steeled myself for a tedious though necessary process. Well, working with Katie, tedious couldn't have been further from truth. What Katie excels at is really listening to what the client wants - at every step of making this website she was open to my ideas and excited about them, making really useful suggestions as well as explaining very patiently to me the murky world of Search Engine Optimisers and the best ways to get my website seen. I am proud of what we created and feel it is a little bit different from the usual site offering similar services. I'm going to miss Katie and my daily creative chats and sharing of task lists. Katie did some property photography for me and the results were fantastic. Katie was very diligent and easy to work with - she understood the brief and with no fuss supplied a great selection of photos that we can use online.
