Been waiting 2.5 months for them to send through copies of the energy bills. Proof that they're ripping off the elderly in the close, or if have receieved it by now.
What's worse. Arrived yesterday to my girlfriends nan's place. To find they HADN'T slated the paths! The person who was meant to do it, comes today and says she did it... I then told her, we had to do it. And was just pretending she salted. She had to backtrack on her lie. AVOID.
They should be struck off for not looking after the elderly. Instead they steal their money.
