        I dont like shops that refuse to offer a refund if you change your mind and return an item. Sometimes you need to take things home to see if they are suitable. There are plenty of shops in Lewes that are helpful and allow this. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. It feels particularly petty to hold on to a customers money by only offering a credit note.
