        This health food shop really stands out as the best one in Lewes. We now have four health food shops in Lewes and in my opinion you get the best knowledge and advise from this one.Thank you for all your help, such a great service.

        The staff was lovely as they helped us get the wheelchair in. The food is ok but the bread was as hard as rock and the mixed herbs didnt taste or smell like herbs. I had to feed my birds the poppy seeds as they were hard. Would recommend for everything else except bread and herbs and spices.
