Sue Cooke, Manager at Baldwins Travel Lewes, arranged our travels in October and November in China, New Zealand and Singapore in a very efficient, sensitive and friendly manner, which took the sweat out of complex travel arrangements. She was always helpful and thorough and we felt she went the extra mile for us, for example the week before we due to go she discovered on what was meant to be her weekend off that visa type arrangements plus environmental protection payments were now required to enter New Zealand that we hadn't been aware of. On Monday morning she phoned to let us know and asked us to provide the necessary information and payments and did it online for us straightaway. If she hadn't spotted this recent change our entry would not have been smooth. We would highly recommend Sue and her team for complex, challenging travels abroad and know you will be in good hands.
