        Absolutely disgusting level of ineptitude shown by this shower

        Not fit for purpose its empty building with person on desk and phone so u can call them working from home despite Covid finished and government recommended to go back to work at offices its council run on the cheap !!despite council tax hitting nearly 3k year per house hold !!

        Unreliable. Our washing machine wasn't working and flooded our kitchen next to plugs. They wouldn't come out until Monday so we had to pay for a private plumber on a Sunday to clean the pipe. We tried ringing about our hot water tap for the bath and won't answer. It barely comes out now. We deserve a better council.
