Disgraceful surgery. Failing in their duty of care from obstructive receptionists who dont understand what an urgent situation is to GPs who dont prioritise. My dying mother was failed end of life medication due to the GPs incompetence. They were sent emails requesting the referral to district nurses for pain relief from hospital and she came home to a recliner chair, as theyd not organised the hospital bed either and we were unable to get her upstairs! Her GP merely needed to send a medical instruction to the district nurses via email. Despite my family and paramedics taking themselves down there, they still made my mum, who was in PAIN , wait another two hours for a syringe driver. She had one hour of comfort before she passed. There are no words. Utterly disgusted and formal complaints sent to CQC and GMC.

Spoke to a doctor on the phone in the morning, same day in-person appointment given. Only a 5 minute wait upon arrival, check-in via a screen and friendly staff.

Absolutely disbelief how they operate, sending to pharmacy invalid prescription over and over again and blame the pharmacist or patient when asking for new one automatically you are without medication for long long time( Im talking here about immune suppressant medication!) . Its monopoly in Lewes and we patients have no choice . You are there for up patients not otherwise! Regards!
