Foundry Healthcare Lewes: St Andrew's

Used to be better, I've always found the nurses and Dr Heath to be great. Frustratingly lost a day of annual leave because the receptionist gave the wrong information. In the past, without warning a gp used his bodyweight to try and pop what he thought was a cyst, when it was actually a fistula. Had to go to two hospital A&E's. Feel like I have to triple check anything they do or tell me nowadays.

This used to be a fantastic doctors ,friendly, welcoming and helpful Now you can't get through on the phone ,cant get a phone call back or an appointment I want to see a doctor not answer 20 questions to someone who isn't trained I'm having to just get on with the pain and hope for the best
