        Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the funeral directors who managed to be properly but not overly sympathetic. We felt really heard with our requests and as a result, any suggestions made were pertinent to our particular need. Time and space were allowed when necessary, both in the planning and on the day of my dads funeral. There was rather alot of bureaucratic paper work, which was time consuming and tiring for my elderly mum to sit through, hopefully in the future this could be done digitally or prior to the in person appointment
