Cooper & Son Funeral Directors

Cooper and Sons recently looked after my family when my mum passed away suddenly at the end of Feb2023. They were brilliant from the moment a distraught person walked into their office. Kind, considerate, helpful and patient. All aspects of mums funeral Was dealt with professionally and sympathetically. To add from a business point of view, the prices are similar to that of other funeral directors but with excellent service. Angela and Damien and the team go above and beyond. I cant find fault. I thank them for their support at such a difficult time when things needs to be done straight away at the worst possible time. Thankyou Coopers.

Dear Angela and Damian, Thank you so very much for your support and your kindness. Your attention to detail was spot on. We felt that you made suggestions that enhanced our ability to create a special and unique celebration for Ann and her life. It was a comfort to me to know that you are connected to Chris and the Kemp family and we feel that Ann was safe in your hands, as I felt 21 years ago when we had to say goodbye to Roger. Cooper & Son were excellent being professional, well organised and helpful right from the first telephone call to now after my mothers funeral and burial. For example, Damian visited the cemetery before the day to ensure that all was prepared and telephoned the weekend before the funeral to check I was happy with all the arrangements and to give me a number to phone over the weekend if anything was troubling me. They were very accommodating to our wishes and we had a funeral that was fitting to my mothers spirit and wishes. Thank you Angela and Damian.

Damian and the team couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Their attention to detail was exemplary and the kindness, thoughtfulness and empathy they showed were very much appreciated at a very difficult time. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Mums montage of pictures were not organised as I expected on the tv screen. Nothing was done to ensure each image filled the screen, so there was small pictures in the middle of a black screen. Very disappointing. No one could see them properly. If there was a problem technically with doing that, then we should have been informed. I mention it, as this was the part of the service which was very important. Otherwise it ran smoothly.
