Last Sunday I ordered the Meadow bouquet for my sister's 50th anniversary. Even though the delivered bouquet was really beautiful, it seemed to be different from the one I ordered. After contacting GoBotanica via email, the florist's answer was to immediately send a second bouquet of flowers to my sister. Imagine my sister's reaction (and mine). Now she has a garden in the living room. Thank you so much and congratulations for the quality of the flowers and the service. 6 stars.

Brilliant service. Ordered a large bouquet for a birthday delivery and they even ordered in special flowers for the bouquet. Highly recommend!

I did not realise this was a family business/small chain because the store front was so professional. I have passed the shop almost daily pre-covid, but finally decided to place an order for delivery. I ordered the Solo Bouquet: Iris for myself and my family to enjoy for our anniversary and leading into Easter. I ordered the midi size and counted 56 stems. The flowers are BEAUTIFUL. They arrived in water, so I could wait to move them to a vase. They are very long and very striking. It has been so long since a business has exceeded my expectations. I order flowers from one of the giant department stores a few times/year. Now that I know these flowers are at least that quality (if not better!) and it is a smaller business, I plan to order more flowers again.
