we had a boiler fitted last year and the service was A class , we were also given a guarantee as I have in previous rented properties . I was disappointed with the attitude of the previous reviewer expecting the earth , unrealistic.

Had a new Vaillant combi boiler fitted in June last year ( 2016 ) and all was perfect until a problem occurred with the boiler in March 217, within the guarantee period. I spoke to the office on Thursday night and was assured someone would be around to look at the problem next day. The next morning I heard nothing from this Company and phoned them again at 10.30am only to be told they could not guarantee anyone coming out today and it may not be until Monday. Although we had heating we had no hot water and I could not leave it just in case someone from CEI could come out and had to call and pay for an emergency plumber. Seems like the guarantee issued when the boiler was installed is worthless !
