Trading Post Coffee Roasters

Disappointed that I have to write a review publicly, but Ive waited a week for a response privately and I've had no response on a positive the Coffee is always amazing and I cannot fault it. But the service is the worst Ive seen in our town. I waited 20 minutes outside in the rain after a worker told us to move outside for takeaway orders. To be given an incorrect order, I apologised to the worker saying Id ordered a regular coffee not an iced. To which the clearly stressed staff member said well thats what you ordered as thats what is on the docket I was a bit shocked by the response as were other members of public, not only was my coffee then not made imminently I had to wait a further 10 minutes in the rain for it to be corrected. Never given an apology. UNDERSTAFFING is the biggest issue, dont visit if you want a quick coffee because you wont get one.

Very pleasant place for coffee and snack although the Korean focacia was too spicey

Nice place enjoyed my Tea . Disappointed that despite large selection of cakes they were not able to offer me any gluten free options. Even having fruit and nut bars or something to offer would be good.

On two occasions I have ordered here and been forgotten about, 15 minutes for a coffee to go?? I really want to like this place but the service is always rubbish.

Food was amazing!! Decor now looks a bit sad and tatty.
