        Booked on the website for the gold package, took my card details and quoted 35. Got there to be greeted by a moody man, when all I asked was where shall I park my car he walked off and opened my passenger door and stated that it won't be 35 but will be 45 because its dirty! I said well I wouldn't bring it here if it was clean! Told them I will go somewhere else and I got charged a 5 cancellation fee! Terrible customer service and terrible attitude. Won't book there again.

        Appalling. They had no cars to clean so we drove in, was told it would be 80 minimum to clean the car. 80 doesnt exist on their price list, had previously paid 30. Staff really rude and clearly didnt want the work. AVOID!!
