Pelorus Consulting

I have worked with Pelorus Consulting for a number of months on a major change management project in the professional services sector. I commissioned Pelorus to design and deliver a project for a large international law firm client of the BPO firm of which I am a director. Pelorus brought real value and insight to the project, showing a depth of understanding of complex cultural and financial issues that meant they were able to make an immediate impact. Lead consultants like Jack Broadley added energy and a strong sense of enthusiasm that helped motivate key staff at a number of workshops. I commend Pelorus without hesitation.

I have taken part in several workshops run by Jack of Pelorus Consulting and each one has given me something new to go away with and apply in my role. Jack provides a fresh perspective and challenges some of the old ways of leading and managing performance. The sessions he runs are always lively and thought provoking.

I was lucky to be part of a development programme which was run by Jack of Pelorus Consulting through my current employer. The programme gave insights into performance and well-being, communication and leadership, amongst other things.
