I had the classics eyelashes done with Megan. Im thrilled with my lashes, they look natural but longer, which is just the look I wanted. One week later and they still look great. The salon was nice and clean, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Megan made sure I was comfortable and was very nice to talk to. Ill definitely be returning, looking forward to having my nails done there too. Thank you Megan! Service: Eyelash extensions

I would not recommend eyelash treatment after the way I was violated today. I complained numerous times that my eyes were stingy and irritating. I kept being told but these are the ones from last time so they should be fine, I am not making this up and I was felt to feel I was! After the third complaint a new set was put on, for it then to have the same affect. I kept asking for the tape as I know this doesnt irritate my eyes. I have been having eyelash extension for six years, so know the protocol pretty well now. Finally the tape was put on but I had been there for around an hour and a half already for infills! By this time I was fuming and wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. I spoke with the manager who was sympathetic but no apology and I had to still pay for the treatment with a 50% discount. I never had a patch test or completed a consultation form. Visited again recently, and had a Hydrofacial and profilo with charlotte, Megan did my nails and Chal coloured my hair, not sure where else you could go and have such a variety of pampering under one roof A lovely atmosphere as always, you cant help but leave with a smile on your face! visited this new establishment on multiple occasions since it opened, it is a well thought out space, and the owners Charlotte and Challend have created a happy and relaxed, yet professional environment. Charlottes knowledge of aesthetics is impressive, and it is refreshing to have a qualified nurse who has furthered her professional development and is fully competent in the procedures she carries out.
