        Awful customer service. Three members of staff. One flirting with customer. Another on mobile phone. 3rd had a wait of half an hour to do a bacs transfer. Short blonde lady was so rude needs to be taught about service. Can see why banks closing if staff like her.

        Terrible customer service. The 'greeter' was so abrasive and interrupted me, didn't listen...just talked at me. She is obviously trained to get rid of customers as quickly as possible.
