        Very quiet during lockdown though and never the old problems of long queues to be served. Could do with slightly longer lockdown hours though, otherwise good stuff.

        I've been a Lloyds customer since I was a child, I had a rare occasion to visit the branch to change my children's pocket money and bank it for them. The woman behind the counter "Georgina" was incredibly rude to me in front of my children and when I tackled her about her behaviour and tone she then shouted for a colleague to come and serve me. I did report her to the manager but incredibly poor service, despite being a private banking customer i think I'll be looking for another bank!
