My partner rang, no reply. The lady called back a few times and we kept crossing over.
When we did finally get through, the lady on the phone was very rude and abrupt.
Like I said to the lady on the phone, in an email after the phone call, as we was completely gobsmacked.
Working in the security and my partner in the police it is vital to have customer service.
We will not be back to this gallery!
Its amazing how highly we spoke of the gallery to one person changing our opinion.
Really is sad!
