Fantastic team of builders led by a professional, calm and very knowledgeable manager. The whole team were extremely hard-working, polite, respectful and skilled, and they did a great job on the whole project. They pretty much delivered right on schedule and price (which is almost unheard of with building work). They had a great 'can do attitude' and any problems encountered were always handled in a swift and proactive manner. I would highly recommend. In contrast to some horror stories we heard about other companies, these guys were a breath of fresh air and give the industry a great name. Our renovation experience possibly couldnt of been any worse, we encountered a number of problems when we stripped back the plaster unearthing the 1980s changes the previous owners had done which meant the back of our house had to be rebuilt. We also then run into COVID lockdowns (multiply) and issues with an independent supplier who then went on to delay us getting watertight by nearly 9 months. None of theses issues were Falcons fault, these were the problems they faced and worked around to resolve. First off Kris is a very articulate and knowledgeable man, he understood our project requirements and gave opinion and help without being too bullish (which we experienced with the other builders) Secondly the quote was very detailed, itemising all the works to be done, splitting out the price between labour and materials, which was great for my accountant brain, and a lot more than the paragraph and the rounded figure that what was offered by the other builders who quoted. Yes our building costs went above the quote, as mentioned above we encountered a number of problems. All overspends were approved and listed separately on our project file, which was updated monthly for works done, items brought etc. Falcons standard of work was/is great, the rear extension brickwork that was built looks amazing, matching the original style brickwork and colour. Our internal works were all done to a high standard, I have no complaints with the work that was undertook. The team were all very polite and professional, and I would recommend Falcon as a building/construction company to use. Regards Mat Underwood

We can only recommend Kris and his team. Kris is very reliable and patient and he cares about the quality of the work that is done by his team. The various tradesmen that he beings in deliver very high quality work, they are clean and they are friendly. When something goes wrong FCM fixes it and we felt tat Kris always had full command over each step of the build. We were not the easiest clients with a project that was struck with massive delays due to 3 lockdowns, brexit, and supplier issues. FCM stuck with us to the end and they helped us keep the faith at the most difficult moments.
