        Me and my wife are on holiday at Heron lakes for 4 weeks, my wife needs regular B12 injections and she needs one right in the middle of our stay here.last week she rang Leven Surgery to ask if they would take her on as a temporary patient, yes the lady said, so Friday morning we went over and were told NO you cant have onehow mealy mouthed and rotten can these people be? It would take two minutes to do the injection and offmy wife has spent her life helping people and would give anything to make sure they were okthese lot, well phtttttt

        Had been ringing this morning since 8 finally got through at around 8:45 for it to just ring and ring then hear someone pick up the phone and put it straight back down I mean come on people are ringing for a reason and you just pick up and put down not on at all if you're busy at least say can you please hold the line and I would of because now I'm trying to ring again and just keeps saying line busy utterly useless
