I'm so glad we found this place. You will not find better quality meat anywhere. We have had chicken, eggs, beef, pork, lamb, and mutton. I genuinely can not believe how much flavour there is with all of them. Very reasonable prices and you could not find nicer people. The farmer, the butcher, and everyone else working in there are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, get a good conversation whilst in there; you can even grab a nice hot, fresh ground coffee. Their house pork sausages are a must!

The website says they sell eggs from a shed even when the shop is closed but save yourself a journey -- they don't. There was an uncollected Amazon parcel and crate of milk though, maybe they were having a lie in, it was really early after all, nearly 10am.

A true farm shop butchery! 95% of the meat comes from the farm itself (Beef, Lamb, Pork) and is all grass-fed (for the connoisseur of meat, grass-fed is more complex and far better). Visited on a Sunday morning and the little shop literally had a constant stream of people wanting to indulge or just get their weekly meat, so get there early to grab yours! Well worth a visit and taking the kids, they can enjoy seeing the animals up close and personal. Well worth the trip!
