I have used Marc and the team twice in 12 months, once for an emergency leak of a ruptured mains feed pipe located in the middle of my house that my Home Emergency Insurers would not touch and the second time was to re-route all of the existing pipework leading to my house from kerbside. I can not speak highly enough of all of the team that we have used especially as they helped us out in a very difficult situation towards the end of 2021 when we had to shut off the entire water feed to our house. All of the workers are very capable, knowledgeable and polite, and every turns up as arranged. The work is carried out to a high standard and the costs are reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Awful company came onto my property rested there tools again our horse box like it was some kind of tool rack, left mud scattered across the drive way, workers was swearing and cussing outside our family livery yard! Would avoid at all cost

Can't thank these guys enough. After finding out we had a water leak and our plumber recommending this company we made the call. Marc came out within a few hours, the guys were here the next day to expose the problem. Unfortunately didn't go exactly to plan as our leak was found to be under the house. They were back again within two days but this time their work was inside so was dreading the mess. Why did I worry, the guys were great, leak fixed. From the lady who answered my initial enquiry at EWS to Marc Robb, Chris and the 3 man installation team, I cannot fault anything about this company. Absolutely first class service with my new water connection installation. The team worked tirelessly in a 32 degree heat and completed the job to my total satisfaction. great job and thank you.
