Absolutely horrible service from this dealership. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks since I was told I was going to receive a phone call from the sales manager about a windscreen damage on a car I bought recently. I was told the car is in perfect condition and no one mentioned the damage on the windscreen.

A varied experience and although I loved the rav 4 I completely lost trust in the dealership and have now changed to a Volvo, would dearly love another Rav 4 but would have to find a dealership that I can trust who does what they say they do. I have to add that David Given and the young lady in servicing both worked really hard on my behalf to resolve the issue. This review is related to a vehicle bought in 2021, exchanged for another in 2022 and subsequent poor repair on the second vehicle which in all truth I didnt bother taking back to have another battle I just have up

Not professional. They just robbing from customers just 5 minutes job charged me 95 but didnt do professionally missing my passengers seat lock button I had to go again to get it, wasted money ant times.
