I booked a taxi at 16:25 to pick me up at 18:00 so I could catch a train at 18:21. I was waiting outside my back door for my booked taxi. It was 17 mins late and I missed my train, my taxi fair was 7.50 but because the driver made me miss my train he only charged me 5.... My train ticket was an advanced ticket and couldn't be refunded, 35.50 down the drain...I then had to buy another ticket costing me 51.50! Because eurocabs couldn't organise themselves even though I gave them two and half hours notice they have cost me 87! I'm incredibly disappointed with eurocabs and there performance. I have lost all faith in them and I will not be using them ever again....I'd rather walk.

Try to support local but wont use this company again. 3 issues now 1. Booked a cab for friends arriving late at Luton Airport for my wedding last year. Cab never showed up. Had to arrange a refund while my bridal hair was getting done! 2. Cab picked us up from Heathrow on honeymoon return. 40 degrees outside, no aircon so drove the whole way home surrounded by lorries with the windows open. Complained. No compensation offered 3. This Monday (bank hol) had a taxi booked to pick us up from Luton airport. Booked it a week before. Get a phone call in the passport queue 30 mins before pick up to say the fare was incorrect, it would be 25% higher and had to pay there and then to guarantee cab. Hows that for putting a customer over a barrel at the last minute. Wouldnt even go halves on the extra fare Dreadful. Will not use anymore

Twice used for airport runs. Really important they are on time for such bookings as otherwise you run late for the flight. Were 15 minutes late on both occasions as they didnt dispatch car on time. One to avoid.

As I put previously I've only had excellent service very rare late with snow and ice driver very careful polite and helpful prices gone up a bit but I won't drive in treacherous conditions due to a bad car crash so very comforting to use such a great reliable taxi service and worth the price.Merry Christmas to you all and a big thank you
