Race Timing Solutions (RTS) provided chip timing services for the West Suffolk Triathlon 2018 and they were a pleasure to work with. The price of their service represents good value, they were proactive in contacting me before the race and easy to communicate with. On the day I found Dennis to be very knowledgable, efficient and professional. He made me feel relaxed that the chip timing was under control and everything ran smoothly with no major issues. The results were published live to the web during the race and the final results for prizes were available very quickly after the last competitor was finished. We used Race Timing Solutions for our charity obstacle event Furlong Fury. Being relatively new to biggish events (600 entrants) we appreciated all the help and support along the way. On the day it was reassuring that the RTS guys had the timing all under control - helping us with pre entered and on the day entries. They also offered inflatable start and finish arches and a big clock which all added to the atmosphere. We have used RTS twice and would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again.
