Recently purchased both the Health & Safety and Vehicle Libraries. Found them very comprehensive and easy to use. Customer service was also fantastic - I had lots of questions and found them to be knowledgable and helpful. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely shocking! the files that come with the vehicle outline library doesn't contain any kind of index, not even a text file for the make & models none of the images or the files have metadata or even a filename that gives you something to find the models by. To make it worse when you open the files they need extra work to be of any value. When I called them to ask if they could give us one (considering we paid 130 for the pack including the discs and a huge book which is of no use) they outright said no. Use these guys at your own cost because any purchase does not include any after sales customer service!

I bought a vehicle library 6 months ago which came with a huge paper index / reference library to identify the files on the discs. I have lost the paper index or may have recycled as it contained half a tree and thought there was a way to reference on the discs, there isnt! I contacted Impact and their response was that they dont keep last years index and they dont have a digital copy they can send me. I spoke to someone and basically you have to buy a new copy of the discs.....what a scam and I dont believe they dont keep the index from 6 months ago or a digital copy. Dont use as no customer support or help.
