        I have rented out my house with Abbott Property for over 7 years and they have looked after my interests with both professionalism and care. I highly recommend.

        Rented with APM in Letchworth and they were very professional, always responding to email communications promptly, and resolving any issues with the property quickly and efficiently. Would definitely go with them again.

        I rented out my flat through these agents but they always seemed that they were quite happy to take the commission on the rent but any problems unless they could pick up a phone to call a tradesman out they werent interested. For example a ring on an electric stove was faulty and Abbotts were quite happy to order a new appliance (at my expense) but when I found a company in Letchworth to repair the ring for 40 they got quite shirty. In fact shortly after I was told that unless I installed a new kitchen they didnt want to manage my property. The existing kitchen was perfectly serviceable it was just their way of them trying to force me to pay for something unnecessary or go to another agent. I went to another agent who got me 50 more per month at 1% less monthly commission. THERE ARE BETTER AGENTS THAN ABBOTTS IN LETCHWORTH P.S. It is now 8 months since I posted this review and despite Abbott's having my mobile phone and email addresses guess how many times they have contacted me to discuss this review? Answer - never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I leave you to draw your own conclusions
