        The Post Office was closed from 1-2pm when I visited on a Thursday. Please update your hours or do a Google post a sign on the door helps nobody until they arrive.

        Never open, with all the banks closed in Letchworth they should make more of an effort, Also if they advertise that they are open Sunday 12 till 6 they should be open or staffed by competent people that know what to do. Very bad service.

        Terrible service and beware. Asked for a recorded delivery and they attempted to push me to guaranteed next day delivery for 10 which is totally unnecessary. Try explaining what the options are instead of blatant pushy upselling. Are your bonus based on how much you flog now?
