Having had an alternative provider out who stated a new boiler was required Ed came out and completed a full investigation way beyond what was previously provided. A full and accurate diagnosis was identified and upon return the solution was completed. Ed was fantastic from start to finish and gave constant updates and details of what was being done and why. Ed came out following a routine meter upgrade which resulted in British Gas turning off my gas supply and then needing a gas engineer. Ed was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Rectified the problem quickly. Highly recommended. Will definitely use in future. Genuine and honest.

We have recently moved into a property with a heating system we found unusable for us. Ed diagnosed the problems and worked cleanly and efficiently to get old system back up and running to give us heat! Nothing was too much trouble and he worked diligently, skilfully and cleanly until the job was complete. Wouldnt think twice about using him again.

Ed has refitted a Water Cylinder and re-fitted all the pipes and plumbing including the water damaged base. It was a complete mess before and now looks amazing. Thank you Ed for fixing this and doing this to a very high standard. I highly recommend Ed work.

Really happy with the job Ed has done advising on and replacing our boiler. Absolutely no corners cut and a really thorough job with minimal disruption. Would 100% recommend to others.
