After being let down by a company who decided to drop us off a scissor lift with no battery we found Red Lift Hire online and was blown away by there quick response! Not only did they get us a replacement machine in under 30mins on a Saturday there customer service was second to none and helped us keep our reputation in tact with a very important customer of ours! After having a bad experience with another hire company that put my job behind, I got in touch with Red Lift Hire and Rhys sorted out a HR12 boom lift very quickly and efficiently and even offered to pick it up and charge it every night for me as it was a local job.
