The Pilates Corner Ltd

I started up with the Pilates Corner a couple of months ago and Im so glad I did. Although Im not new to it, I am being pushed and learning more. I had a very stiff, inflexible spine when I started and I can already feel the difference the exercises are making to me. Ive attended classes in person and on zoom. Ive also tried out some other classes such as trigger point Pilates. Its great to have a choice and switch it around sometimes. The flexibility of classes means I can work it around my hectic schedule. Emma and Dianne are so lovely. They really care about making sure you do the exercises correctly and get the most out of the class.

As a very unfit and rather overweight lady of a certain age I was very nervous of trying something new. I signed up for a taster class and brought my husband along too. We were both welcomed by Emma and she explains everything so well, she makes sure you are aligned correctly and that you are only doing what is right for you ( husband has back problems and Emma was very conscientious of that). Happily still going weekly and sometimes twice a week; my posture has improved and so has movement of my joints. Definitely recommend.

I've been attending Pilates with Emma for a couple of months now and I'm really enjoying the sessions. Very welcoming, would definitely recommend!

Ive been going to The Pilates Corner for many years now. Emma and the team are lovely and have created a wonderful new safe environment. Its a little haven for my weekly Pilates sessions.
