        Class sizes are small and passionate teachers give you lots of attention adjusting exercises to your abilities. Very friendly atmosphere. I would strongly recommend The Pilates Space.

        This is a lovely, friendly and extremely professional pilates studio. The instructors seem very knowledgable and I reckon they'd cater for pretty much anyone from absolute beginners to advanced. The small class sizes are great - it's almost like one-to-one teaching at times. There's definitely no cheating! Highly recommended.

        Great classes. The class sizes are kept small so you definitely know you are being watched and doing the right thing - so easy to be slightly out of alignment but intimate class sizes mean this is always corrected! The teacher I have is very knowledgeable and is constantly attending workshops to learn new ways of doing things and expanding her knowledge which she is always happy to share.

        Small classes of 8 in a well equipped studio. Teachers are all experienced and run well thought out classes that take into account the needs of individuals. Have atteneded classes here for more than 10 years now and would never dream of going anywhere else. Why would you when its simply the best!
