I've had to go in twice for a prescription in the last couple of weeks. Both times there is always a reason why they haven't got it. Unhelpful. Avoid. Go to Tesco or get it delivered direct from the Lloyds app. Don't waste your time.

Used to be a very good pharmacy. Not sure what has happened, but now you never know if it'll be open (when it's meant to be), the phone isn't answered, long wait times to collect pre-ordered prescriptions (only to be told they aren't ready and to come back another time), and one particularly rude member of staff who seems to see you as an inconvenience. Not great...

I want to give them a good review as the staff are nice but unfortunately I cant. They never open as advertised, its impossible to get there in time with most peoples normal working hours. They actually dont open until 9:30 (sometimes even 10:30 ) and then close for an hour for lunch during the day. I phoned up and asked if they would be open as advertised (8:30) and was told no as they are short staffed but if I turned up they would let me in anywayI stood there for 40 mins yet no one let me in or even told me they were too busy. I eventually had to leave and ask my boss to drive me back at lunch time as otherwise I would be without my medication! Please sort out your opening hours - we need our medication and not everyone can just drop everything mid day to get there!

So today I waited 1.5hrs in line for my prescription (which was ordered online before Christmas) with a bunch of other folk. The pharmacy opened late (1030 according to the handwritten note on the door) .The prescription I'd ordered wasnt made up which alas happens quite a lot. Given that this pharmacy serves a busy GP surgery this whole arrangement needs a shake up pronto - maybe let another outfit have a go who know what good service looks like.
