Feeling strong and not so worried about skinny I am starting to see your point as I just feel amazing today and its about the exercise and gorgeous food rather than fretting and counting/weighing everything. Thanks for your support it really is appreciated There is no better proof of results delivered than the opinions of those who have received Strength In Motion Fitness coaching. Below is an amalgamation of some of the feedback in 2013 the positive, funny but above all the honest #noholdsbarred! When doing various exercises Rachel will always give people varying levels of intensity according to their ability and level of fitness. Rachel is always willing to give helpful advice on any fitness issues, diet or injuries. Because of this, I feel Rachel is one of best fitness instructors Ive had the pleasure of being trained by Carlie I have frequently described Rachels technique as tough love!! Whilst she is welcoming, approachable and friendly, she means business and is not afraid to push every person to their capacity. Rachel is half the reason I can see my abs nowadays Holly The problem Ive found with most fitness sessions that Ive done over the years is that they soon become very repetitive which means I get bored and stop going. Rachel always keeps it fresh and challenging which means I keep coming back for more! Paul Rachel understands and acknowledges many different learning preferences and will adapt to ensure optimum results are achieved. Variations on an exercise are welcomed, although she will always ensure that the technique used is safe and solid. Rachel designs sessions to be enjoyable and fun so that maximum effort is willingly given and results achieved quicker which in turn aides motivation Zoe Love my PT sessions with the very lovely Rachel Glew ,she works me hard, slightly worried about whats in store once baby wooderz comes Ruth When (not if) you go to hell I hope that you have massive boobs and your only mode of transport is a pogo stick! . The most extreme reaction to burpees ever!! Sarah Just one year ago I would never have thought I would be doing this (and loving it) and am really looking forward to where I hope to be in a years time from now. Thanks for all your support Simon I am having a mental barrier about running for more than 30 mins! I can run / walk 10k but am struggling to push past 30 mins continuous running and I know its just a mental block rather than a physical one. I just know that you will push me through the barrier!!! Thanks for this I do need a kick up the bum!!! I guess the hardest thing that I am learning is that I have to stop doing the all or nothing approach to pretty much everything in my lifeit is going in.just very slowly! I have been realsiing that actually this is something I need to do forever, not just a few months, and therefore I will have off days and will have slip ups, but thats okayI just need to move forward Gerry
