        Had an appointment here and took time off work for it. Was left sat in the waiting area for over 40 mins whilst the optician assigned to me was standing having a chat in the back office with a colleague. The lady at the front desk kept saying he won't be long, he's running late-- all because he was having a very important work chat? Not impressed as it was really hard for me to get the time off work. Didn't return as a customer.

        I have been a patient of Davids for over 30 years. He and his fantastic team of staff are always so friendly, patient and professional. Yesterday I received the most amazing care from the very kind Aarani she really was so lovely and caring. Thank you
