        Adam was very thorough, explaining what he was doing as we went. He also asked regularly if I had any questions and made sure I was happy. The lady who helped find my frames (apologies I dont know her name) was brilliant. Lovely and friendly, gave me the space to try on without being pushy but helped me as I needed it. Clearly explained the options and was excellent. Especially as she was having to do receptionist duties as well, she was very good at multitasking.

        I was so worried about my eye, having had issues in the past, I needed an emergency appointment they got me in within the hour, they were kind, caring and professional. I left feeling reassured with the treatment I needed. Would definitely recommend.
