        Such a fantastic team here - I was worried that I hadn't removed a contact lens properly - the staff were very understanding about my concerns. I was seen quickly, even though the branch was very busy. The optician was so thorough in his examination of my eye. Thank you for putting my mind at rest!

        Poor service and pong wait lines. After making my appointment online and stating I had a nhs number for my prescriptions, when I came in the lady simply said its not covered. Even though it is an option online when booking, waste of my time. Very unhappy
