Visited Key Essentials recently and will visit again, it was well worth going 50 miles. The plants all look healthy. Amanda was very welcoming and friendly as were all other staff. Amanda went the extra mile to help and give advise on all my questions. Thank you everyone

Traditional garden centre without the cosmetic gift shop appendage. Expect a earn welcome, with great attention and service from knowledgeable owners. Browse at leisure, then drop into the pub next door!

We have used Key Essentials as our main air plant supplier for the last three years; the air plants are the healthiest we have found, and Mark and Amanda offer a fantastic service, always willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting to see the vast range of species on offer.

KEYESSENTIALS RIPS OFF customers by offering sample of facial cream and eye cream for cost of handling. The ads do not hightlight the fact that they will charge an additonal recurring $86.95 if you do not cancel the test product within 14 days. They include shipping time in that 14 days. They do not issue refunds or accept product back. Due to shipping there is no guarantee of how much time will elapse before you get the amount taken out of your checking account without prior notice. The phone lines lead to a "supervisor" who has no address of the owner, no one else to contact, no other information besides the fact that your money is irrevocably gone. They finally gave me EYESSENTIALS, PO Box 25380, Santa Anna, CA 92799 as mailing post. I spoke with Zachary G. He was the second who told me that nothing could be done. That I should have seen the 14 day trial had recurring withdrawals from my account after that time. The male customer service employees were rude and not helpful at all. This product sold by ad on the Internet is not to be trusted. Don't let them have a credit or debit card number, although a credit card would be easier corrected. A debit card is robbed basically almost a hundred dollars without recourse. You will NOT get your money back..The product is not worth $100.
