Today my younger brother has come home in a nappy so full that it is hanging down and weighs a ton, he has also come home before in a soiled nappy which has been ignored
Have already complained about this to the nursery and nothing has been done, as a nursery worker myself I find it unbelievable that a child can be overlooked and left to the he point that the nappy is hanging off of him,
