Took my daughter to have our nails done as a treat, not one smile or conversation from any of the technicians. Almost felt as if we were an inconvenience. They all seemed miserable. Will be going somewhere that seems a bit more friendly next time. Services: Nail painting, French manicures

Both times I've had my nails done here they have looked lovely. The technicians take their time and give advice nail care.

Went there in February twice. First time ever in my life doing this kind of nail thing and never again with this studio. This is is what my nails look like after dip powder gel is removed. They bloody removed 2 or 3 layers of my natural nails and it hurts. Oh why why did I trust them to do this to my nails. All I wanted is to stop biting them but their damage is far worse then biting my nails. They dont know what they are doing. Regarding hygiene, you dip you fingers in the same pot as everyone else, and they use the same files on everyone. Response to salon response. I never wrote that I removed dip gel In your salon. I had my doubts about this salon after educating myself on internet how dip gels should be done, so I decided to go somewhere else. New technician never used anything like nail machine (like your salon used ), and nails were soaked some time as well to remove dip gel. You can clearly see the growth of the new nail and the pink nail skimmed by your technician by using machine and harsh files on the natural nails. Service: Dip powder

Do you want your nails to pop off same day?! Then this salon is for you! Enjoy literally throwing your money away. Terrible salon and you can find far better in Letchworth. (Five Star nails!) Offered to repair popped off nail, but there is no point in fixing it when another is going to come off tomorrow. If the nails under were not strong enough then that should have been explained. Requested soak off and refund for money back after being told that was an option. But it isnt! Service: Nail extensions

Started going here a few months ago after being unhappy with other nail salons in town, and I'm very happy here. The man who always does my acrylics is amazing, always does an excellent job and has a keen eye for detail so the nails are always high quality. Highly recommended.
