Childish, rude and over priced, Never have I experienced this type of treatment in a nail bar before. Usually the nail bar staff are courteous and respectful, here, without a doubt the rudest, most ignorant management with zero people skills, they dont understand what customer service means!! They obviously havent studied their own pricing policy.. will make up prices as they go along. My daughter only had a colour off and colour on gel colour, supposed to be 20 as board states, now 27!!! When she questioned it, they got super defensive and angry, demanding she cannot leave the shop to get the extra 7 from her car, which was visible from outside the shop. Blocking the door and demanding she sat and did bank transfer. Is this appropriate? Two lovely customers nearby having their nails done, were so shocked by the management of the nail bar, that they transferred the 7 on her behalf. My daughter went to her car and paid the ladies the cash back, I feel treating customers like they are criminals is not acceptable.. dont shout in their facesdont demand how they pay.. dont try and call the police over 7.. as if they would come for such a putrid amount anyway very bad service these workers have severe issues not good for the Community of Letchworth where other nail bars are much nicer to people PLEASE AVOID!!!

My nails are a week old and still look lovely. The staff were very pleasant, they were laughing and joking with each other but didn't allow it to get in the way of their work. Will definitely be going back. The shape is lovely and they were so careful with the application
