We had previously been to many brokers and even to the banks, but we never got any good feedback. With Richard we felt that we were taken good care of, and were in good hands. From our first meeting, Richard has been nothing but helpful. Being first time buyers, we didnt understand many terms and conditions. But Richard was always kind enough to explain every line, if need be. Richard has been very efficient with receiving calls, and emails as soon as possible. After purchasing our home, Richard has still made sure that we are updated with letting all government departments know, ie registering with the council, and so on. We have done two mortgages with Richard. He is nothing but helpful. We highly recommend you consider talking to him. You will not be disappointed.
