Comfort Plus Products Ltd

I wish to record what superb after sales service I have received from all at Comfort Plus Products, especially from Rachel in customer services. Following delivery, my tailor-made chair required several adjustments before I was completely satisfied with it. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team, all they appeared to be interested in was customer satisfaction. I now have a most comfortable reclining chair that meets all my, dare I say, exacting requirements. If I was still a practising GP I would have no hesitation in recommending a Comfort Plus reclining armchair to those patients for whom posture support is all important.

My friend Margaret bought a armchair and settee, and l bought a bed. We are both very happy with the products. With the company and the delivery men Pat and Matt, couldn't be more helpful. I definitely recommend them.

WOW! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as this. I purchased a bed from this company which was to narrow for me. The company took it back and replaced it with a wider model free of charge even though I had used it for a while. I also received three storage boxes to go under the bed which are so useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly A great family business. Thank you.

Graham and Chris came to Holly court and were fantastic. We were able to try the product's and there was no 'hard sell. They provided cream teas, and even made the teas, they were funny but respectful and our tenants would happily welcome them back again.
