Having had a full house this week my black bin was full to the brim, so I hung around outside so I could put stuff piling up in the kitchen into the newly empty bin. I mentioned this to the guys when they came round and they insisted that I fetch the extra rubbush for them to chuck on the lorry. I am one of the first to complain when things go wrong so I also need to give credit when due - welll done lads. Service: Waste recycling

Failed to collect grey bin due to the snow. 8 days after it was supposed to be collected it's still full. Website and recorded message says it would be collected the following week. But it's not been. Called to be told it 'should' be collected this week.....SHOULD isn't good enough when we're just about to hit the Christmas break. Then I was told yes it definitely would be collected after being refused to be transferred to the senior people telling the phone operators to tell people they 'should' be collected. Yet still my bin is full. Absolutely useless and bare faced liars too! Service: Trash removal & disposal

As a disabled user on an assisted collection I find myself yet again having not had bins emptied, three phone calls so far each with a promise of "it'll be done today". They're currently 8 days late Nd counting

Absolute joke of a company. Bins constantly not emptied, and in the words of an operative employee, sometime they just cant be bothered!
