        I have worked for hand in hands for 4yrs now and if it wasn't for Michelle Dudderidge last August when my daughter was diagnosed with terminal cancer I wouldn't have been able to be with her 24-7 until she sadly passed away on the 2nd of Feb. Michelle and my work colleagues supported me in every way possible. Michelle has a heart of gold and I can't thank her enough.

        Our son was one of the first service users of Hand in Hands. We cannot speak highly enough of the care and support he receives.The staff are kind and caring and help him achieve all that he wants to. Michelle has always been approachable and deals promptly and efficiently with any concerns we may have. Our son is extremely fond of her.

        Hand in Hands provided a lifeline for our family. The person-centred and ultra-flexible working is something I never envisaged any care agency being able to provide. Michelle is efficient, highly knowledgeable and always happy to help in any way she can. The agency also looks 'outside itself' and supports other charities and engaging with the community. I am so grateful and relieved to have their input.

        Our son moved in to a hand in hands supported living home last November and In the 8 months he has been there the staff have turned his life around he is now a talkative engaging happy young man Michelle and her staff are brilliant approachable kind caring people everyone of them we had parents are so content knowing that our son is in the best possible place and very very happy thank you hand in hands staff for everything you do x
