        Like to close for long periods during the day so the workers can scratch their arses

        Site was closed for one hour during normal opening times for unexplained reasons. Unhelpful staff with a bad attitude "if you don't like it don't come". And don't forget your ID!

        Poorly organised access. When cars queue in Blackhorse Road to get it, this subsequently blocks the bottom half of the road making it difficult to gain access (particularly for HGVs) to the businesses located nearby. There should be members of staff marshaling traffic outside and monitoring the queue, hence minimising the disruption caused.
