        I've never seen scaffolders move so slowly or leave so much rubbish. Maximising the pay-out from the council? Yes. Leaving a selection of RedBull cans everywhere? Yes. Shout to each other so your work meetings are now backdropped with swearing? Yes. If you are hiring these people privately, you need your head testing.
